We're on the lookout for a Project/Field Engineer to join our regional office in Silver Spring, Maryland, specializing in an array of captivating projects involving Auger Pressure Grouted Piling, Displacement Piling, Driven Piling, Pressure Grouting, Sheeting and Shoring, Ground Improvement, and Micro Piling.

Your Mission: As a Project/Field Engineer, you'll be at the heart of project excellence. Your role is to ensure that every member of our team coordinates seamlessly and that our projects meet the highest quality standards outlined in the contract. We're seeking individuals with a strong technical background, keen attention to detail, and the ability to spot technical challenges before they arise, coupled with the know-how to initiate effective corrective actions.

What You'll Be Up To:

Craft the plans, schedules, and coordination strategies for the technical and quality control aspects of your assigned projects.

Keep a watchful eye on projects to ensure they adhere to specifications, codes, engineering practices, and our company's rigorous standards.

Foster open communication between all project team members, third-party inspectors/engineers, and the general contractor.

Be the go-to problem solver during client/contractor meetings, ensuring top-notch quality control.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's Degree, with a preference for fields like Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering Technology.
