Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager for our Mexican Fast Food Restaurant that is family Owned for over 20 years, located in Westchester.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be an example to other employees
Practice safe food handling procedures at all times
Operates a cash register following established policies and procedures
Responsible for implementing and maintaining all marketing programs
Train and develop employees in product knowledge, suggestive selling techniques and customer service skills on an on-going basis
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Work all positions at location (i.e. cook, cashier, marketing, etc)
The ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
Organization and accountability are a must
Catering experience is a plus
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Must have attention to detail
Interviewing, hiring, evaluating, promoting and terminating team members
Managing proper inventory and staffing levels
Perform Marketing duties to increase business
Bilingual in ENGLISH & SPANISH
Qualifications:
2 years of managerial experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle high stress and volume of customers while maintaining a positive experience for the customer
Availability requirements include; but are not limited to; days, evenings and weekends.
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
