Your Impact: As a Senior Product (Systems) Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our team's success by:
Collaborating with the team to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes
Crafting user stories that align with both business-driven functionality and technical capabilities
Researching and evaluating alternative solutions, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective ones
Designing detailed systems testing plans to ensure product accuracy and effectiveness
Interacting with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters, fostering innovative thinking and engaging key stakeholders
Providing recommendations and guidance on key project-related decisions and escalating unresolved issues as necessary
Mentoring junior analysts and technical team members, providing assistance and task definition
Identifying mitigation steps and ensuring timely resolution of risks and issues
Basic Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in Product (Systems) Analysis and Requirements Development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Ability to articulate user stories/system requirements supporting business needs and technical capabilities
Proficiency with MS Office Tools, Visio, and experience with software lifecycle processes in a regulated environment
Strong experience with data analysis/mining, SQL, NoSQL, and supporting infrastructure projects
Experience with configuring, implementing, and supporting vendor SaaS/COTS technologies in financial accounting functions
Proven ability to interact with diverse teams and successfully manage multiple projects using SDLC and Agile methodologies
Preferred Skills:
Mortgage industry experience and familiarity with financial accounting domains
Strong prioritization and independent operational skills, with proficiency in Atlassian suites
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for proposing innovative solutions
Pay Details: $35.00 to $41.00 per hour
