Job Description

The Korner Store in San Francisco, CA is a Korean inspired Soju bar mixed with a convenient store theme. We are looking for one bartender to join our amazing team. We are in the Mission district on Valencia St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and excited!

Responsibilities

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages

Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks

Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Restock and replenish bar inventory, supplies, and garnish

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Must be willing to pick up Korean food, drink, and cuisine culture.

Open and close the bar professionally.

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a bartender

Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills!

Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Relevant training certificate
