Role: Senior Billing Specialist

Location: North Bethesda, MD

Pay Rate: $25 - $29/ Hour

Job Responsibilities:

· High-volume Billing experience

· Electronic, or e-billing experience preferred

· Bi-weekly reconciliations

· Maintain invoice submission via various external customer portals

· Ensure pertinent information is detailed on invoices (accurate purchase order numbers, ensure order number aligns with PO, confirm deliverables)

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or 5+ years of experience is required

· Solid understanding of basic accounting principals

· Excel

· Salesforce and Sage Intacct experience (preferred)

· Must be highly organized with high volume data entry skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication
