Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to our residents in a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily living activities, help with medical equipment, and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).

- Current CPR certification.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong work ethic and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

- Taking and recording vital signs.

- Serving meals and helping residents eat.

- Turning and repositioning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.

- Keeping residents' living areas clean and organized.

- Notifying nurses of any changes in residents' conditions.

- Providing emotional support to residents and their families.

- Following all health and safety regulations.
