Responsibilities

Perform thorough repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.

Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions to clients.

Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold customer satisfaction by communicating effectively and building rapport.

Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance service delivery, prioritizing client comfort and energy efficiency.

Proactively follow up with clients post-service to address any concerns and ensure ongoing satisfaction with HVAC systems.

Job requirements

Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience

Must have EPA Certification

Must be willing to participate in On Call Rotation

Proficiency in residential service and repair

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
