Male Caregiver

Job Description

Our agency is looking for a male in-home caregiver to service a new client. He is a very nice man with Alzheimers. The wife lives in the home too and will be coming and going throughout the days. Caregiver needed to assist with basic needs. Looking for someone on Mondays & Fridays from 10am - 4pm.

Requirements:

· At least 18 years old

· Eligible to work in the US

· Ability to read and write english

· Dependable, reliable and punctual

· Have an Active Drivers License and Car (clients located in Fairfax County)

· Desire to serve others and pursue excellence

· Smart phone and minor computer capabilities

Expect to perform a variety of care related duties for clients including:

· Providing companionship, conversation and comfort

· Transportation/Errands

· Light Meal preparation

· Dr Appointment Liaison/Medication reminders

· Light Housekeeping/Laundry and Linen

· Hygiene and Dressing Assistance

· Pet Care

· Walks and Light Exercise

· Compensation varies based on experience and ranges from $16-20 per hour.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:

Prior to each shift, all Caregivers are required to attest that they have not felt ill, been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID within the last 48 hours .

Mon & Fri 10am - 4pm
