VILLA PUEBLO SENIOR LIVING IS SEEKING a PRN Security/Maintenance individual to join our team!

As a Security/Maintenance, you will have the unique opportunity to positively impact our residents every day. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare staff, and under the supervision of the Environmental Services Director, positively represent the facility, providing nutritional care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot

Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards

Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons

Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property

Provide assistance to residents, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Maintains/follows knowledge of safety issues

Reports unsafe working situations to appropriate authorities

Ability to perform maintenance work

Strives to meet service standards in all circumstances.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Prefer prior experience in security and maintenance

Must have a Satisfactory Driving record

Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test

Must have access to reliable transportation

WAGE RANGE: $17.00 and $18.00.
