Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales? Join our dynamic team in a growing company as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all inside sales activities, including making daily cold calls to expand our client base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct daily cold calls to potential clients.

- Input new clients into CRM daily

- Follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into clients.- Grow and maintain a strong client base.

- Follow the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Handle all inside sales activities.

- Set clients up with referral program

- Upload payments into CRM

- Schedule appointments for outside sales person

- Work daily with outside sales person

- Input outside sales person leads in daily at 4 pm

**Additional Responsibilities:**

- Regularly follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships.

- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.

- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales goals.

- Reconcile account in CRM every Friday

- Office tasks

**Requirements:**

- Motivated individual with a drive to maximize earnings.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere.

- Previous flooring sales experience is beneficial but not required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
