Senior WordPress Website Developer / Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Southeast Florida resident to work full-time, remote as a Senior WordPress Developer / Designer to manage our website. Must have leadership ability and aspiration to drive the needs of our website. This individual will work on Eastern Time and be paid as an independent contractor for long term employment. There will be occasional in person meetings with our CTO so a South Florida resident is a requirement.

Leadership

Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.

WordPress, PHP a must.

Understanding how to work with Ajax and APIs

Experience using Pantheon Hosting Service a plus

UI Design experience.

Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.

Ability to manage projects and take control of our website.

Strong English communication and verbal skills are a must.

Must live in Southeast Florida so you can occasionally have in person meetings with CTO
