Job Description
Job Summary/Company:
Provide support to the Regional Directors of Engineering
Develop and issue RFPs, maintain tracking logs
Perform bank reconciliations; develop tracking reports and track project completion and job status
Collect and organize all project closeout documents
Prepare analytical reports as requested
Ensure all project related data is entered into the system timely and accurately
Aid with other assigned tasks/projects and customer inquiriesQualifications/Background Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, or related field
3+ years of related experience, ideally in Hospitality or Design/Construction industry
Strong knowledge in construction and contract administration preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support the staff and management effectively
Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing work environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure on tight deadlines
