Job Description

Responsible for providing strategic direction for sales and marketing efforts globally

Will manage a team of 8 including: sales managers and sales representatives

Will develop a roadmap for growth

Will set up strategic relationships internationally to grow the business

Key Requirements

10 years of experience in plastics, specialty chemicals, or the metal working lubricants market

5+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience

Profit and loss experience with at least $50 million+

Bachelor of Science or Arts degree is required
