Complaints Engineer II

Job Description

Summary:

Seeking a candidate proficient in complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and risk assessment to ensure compliance and optimization of manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Experience in performing customer complaints investigations and composing detailed reports.

Ability to conduct root cause analysis and assess risk effectively.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.

Proficient in optimizing manufacturing processes using engineering methods such as Six Sigma and Lean.

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.

Knowledge of quality engineering principles and methods.

Experience in developing and maintaining technical content of risk management files.

Ability to develop training materials and documentation for production processes.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Investigate moderately complex manufacturing product quality and compliance issues, analyzing results and developing reports.

Optimize manufacturing processes using engineering methods for continuous improvement.

Develop, update, and maintain technical content of risk management files.

Create training and documentation materials for production processes.

Assign support tasks, provide instruction to technicians, and coordinate technician work.

Pay: 40-50

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
