We are looking for a passionate Clinical Operations Manager / Senior Manager to join our multidisciplinary New York City team and contribute to our goal of making a difference.

What You Will Do:

Processes client chart set-up, group enrollments, tier and group schedule changes in KIPU.

Troubleshoots KIPU issues for the clinical team and liaises with KIPU Support as needed.

Creates custom KIPU documentation for clinical and operational needs.

Manages access level restrictions and permissions in KIPU.

Monitors, assigns and maintains automatic reminder system in KIPU as needed.

Creates and leads KIPU documentation training for the clinical team.

Responsible for supporting facilitating new client orientations.

Serves as site Safety Officer; trains the team on emergency procedures, conducts quarterly emergency safety drills and various site safety inspections under the supervision of The Director of Clinical Operations.

Provides new hires with New Hire Orientation Binders and trains new hires on KIPU, Zoom Meeting software and other clinical operations platforms and processes.

Supports the facilitation Outcomes Study Assessments with new and ongoing stay clients and serves as a member of the Outcomes Study team.

Pulls daily reports of client appointments and communicates pending appointments to the clinical team.

Ensures insurance/licensure related processes and workflows are executed.

Assists with preparation and facilitation of CARF survey processes.

Provides KIPU related dashboard trainings to leadership and directors as needed.

Leads as needed team training as well as new or changing onsite technologies.

Manages on-site clinical technology troubleshooting with support from IT (Zoom Meeting, Zoom Rooms and related tech).

Provides support to the clinical team around day-to-day clinical operations.

Provides support to the Director of Clinical Operations with compliance projects and ongoing accreditation maintenance.

Provides support to the Director of Clinical Operations with special projects as needed.

Provide occasional front desk coverage as needed.

What You Need To Qualify:

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in a clinical setting.

Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Electronic Health Record management, Google Drive (Google Sheets, Docs, Presentations, Calendar).

Experience with compliance / quality management in behavioral health.

Highly organized, process-oriented, with the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task and be a self-starter.

Experience with KIPU is strongly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
