Minimum requirements:
LLB Degree or equivalent
Three (3) years experience in Labour Law and/or litigation
At least two years experience in arbitrations is compulsory
Good command of /fluent in Afrikaans and English
Computer literacy with basic knowledge of Excel, Microsoft word and Windows Outlook
Advanced understanding and/or experience in interpretation of employment contracts and agreements
Dealing with conflict and grievance resolution
Experience in a trade union environment will be an advantage
Collective bargaining and health and safety/employee wellbeing
Knowledge of the structures within the motor industry will be an advantage
A valid driver's licence
Willing and able to travel extensively and on short notice
Skilled in daily planning and administration
