About the role
Perform various levels of Multi Link integration and system testing, including Integration, functional, and system tests.These activities include:
Developing Multi Link test procedures that will verify the integration and functionality of the Combat Management System (CMS). This will include Land Based Test Site (LBTS) and Shipboard tests
Supporting the system integration and test lead engineer in the integration of various subsystems
Performing fault isolation of subsystem faults that impact the integration and testing of assigned systems
Conducting tests, ensuring all data is recorded in Lockheed Martin Test Management System
Document, asses and test deficiencies
Work with minimum supervision and follow common company processes.
Perform various levels of Multi Link integration and system testing, including Integration, functional, and system tests
What you bring to the role
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experience as a Combat System operator
Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant professional experience with Multi-Link subsystems (Link-16/Link-22/ Joint Range Extension Application Protocol (JREAP))
Must be willing to support schedule environment including evenings and weekends as required
Aptitude for solving challenging problems in a team environment
Have a high degree of initiative and autonomy
Have a high learning ability
Must be able to obtain a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secret level security Clearance
Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic environment.
Have excellent verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical members of the engineering/management staff and personnel assigned to related work
Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic environment.
Additional skills desired for the role
Experience with Agile methods
Experience with Military Naval domain and Operations
Experience with Sensors, Weapons or Ship integration
Advanced organizational skills
Work experience with Naval Fleet School (NFS), Canadian Forces Maritime Warfare Centre (CFMWC), or Multi-Link Support Centre East (MLSC (E))
Hold a Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO), Tactical Data Link (TDL) 400 or Multi-Link Planner (TDL300 qualification)
Experience with CINEMA or Combat System Integrator (CSI) planning tools
Work well individually or in a team environment
Experience with Naval Tactical Picture/Surface Operations.
Technical writing skills
