GridIron IT is seeking Marketing Lead local to Washington, DC.

Active Secret Clearance required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support all aspects of the TAC/REC recruitment marketing and advertising services contract, including reviewing invoices and labor category hours and creating budget projections.

Supervise two contractors dedicated to recruitment marketing: a full-time Systems Administrator/Marketing Assistant and a full-time Careers Site Administrator.

Create and develop recruitment strategies in partnership with TAC/RECs contract advertising agency. Develop implementation plans and execute across all platforms, including on social media platforms.

Lead, manage, and oversee various tasks related to marketing and advertising, including identifying and reviewing media and developing and implementing marketing campaigns using all appropriate technologies in consultation with the Marketing and Communications Team Lead.

Write social media and advertising copy and design and modify graphics and presentations to maintain consistency with employer branding guidelines.

Identify industry best practices for diversity recruitment and advise TAC/REC leadership accordingly pursuant to the Departments recruitment objectives.

Build, strengthen and maintain relationships with internal Department stakeholders, in addition to interested and competitive prospects.

Identify, interview, coordinate and manage participants of entry-level Foreign Service professional and civil service photo shoot domestically.

Analyze results of marketing activities in cooperation with the Data Analysis Unit and advise TAC/REC leadership accordingly.

Create and maintain Departments employer brand on social media sites, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and oversee daily content updates.

Assist in the development and implementation of the Departments strategic diversity recruitment plan.

Manage strategic website development and serve as content manager for careers.state.gov and/or other sites used for recruitment marketing.

Provide strategic marketing support and assist GTM/TAC/REC recruiters, DIRs, and bureau partners with the development and implementation of recruitment and outreach plans.

Oversee and manage recruitment technologies and vendor relationships, including but not limited to Yello, social media channels, Hootsuite, Canva, U.S. News & World Report, Handshake, and Box. QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
