JOB SUMMARY: Manage all real estate matters within a specific region(s) or geographic area with particular emphasis on revenue generation from land assets through real estate leasing and transactions. Focus will also be on supporting Luck Companies operating businesses and will include zoning, permitting and local land use issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

40% of job: Identify and execute on real estate opportunities to generate value from existing land holdings

20% of job: Maintain positive government and community relations

10% of job: Coordinate and Manage rezoning and land use permitting

10% of job: Monitor local land use issues that effect our business units

10% of job: Work with Business Units to comply with proffers, conditions, etc.

10% of job: Support Real Estate Coordinator with leases, licenses, easements, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:Bachelors Degree

Work Experience: Experience in commercial/industrial land planning/zoning

Salary starts at $102K and will increase upon experience evaluation by management.
