Pay Range: $70,000-$100,000 annually

This role supports the ongoing design and implementation of a wide portfolio of projects related to the achievement of the organization's strategic goals. The candidate must be both strategic and operationally-inclined. Must be experienced in the management of complex projects and in engaging stakeholders at all levels in project design and project evaluation processes. The ideal candidate will have fundamental understanding of healthcare policy and systems. The role requires analytic capabilities and will research and evaluate clinical and financial healthcare data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights. The role will also support efforts to identify and apply for funding to support strategic initiatives.

Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in health information systems, healthcare administration, business, or similar field required; Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare management, planning, or business development. Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, project management, and data analysis. Must have highly developed interpersonal skills, along with strong writing skills. Experience in a community hospital setting and knowledge of hospital operations is preferred. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel is required. PMP certification preferred.
