A new Independent Senior Living Community is coming to Spring Hill! This new and exciting concept will be launching soon and is seeking experienced, hospitality minded individuals who are looking to be a part of this unique and exciting development coming to the Spring Hill area!
Duties to include:
Preparation and distribution of reports and mailings
Operate and administer Prospect Tracking via the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Assist in event preparation, including any open houses or special functions related to sales and/or marketing
Maintain accurate and timely data base records in CRM and Excel
Prepare and/or organize marketing materials
Experience in social media is a plus
Customer Focus/Customer Service skills a must
Greet visitors/answer and direct telephone calls as well as web inquiries
Utilize interpersonal and relationship building skills including the ability to interact with prospects, office personnel, and management
Provide telephone support to further sales efforts
Ability to build excitement for a future community
Self-motivated in tasks with the ability to excel in a team environment, as well as work independently
Must excel at active listening
