Job Description

This is a full-time, hourly position.

Support the Dior North America Sales team in the execution of Sales initiatives to drive the Specialty-Multi retail business across makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative duties (60%): Manage scheduling, PO placement, product orders, retailer forms, reporting and team support.

Field operations support- liaise with our field team and process requests (samples, collateral, product).

Support retailer meetings

Project manager for the major retailer conference including shipping/receiving product and visual elements, event setup and collateral.

Sales analysis and recaps

Support team with maintaining updated key documents, calendars, launch plans etc. Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the prestige beauty industry

Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word,) - is key

Strong analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Effective project management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities

Excellent copywriting skills

Executive maturity in dealing with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment Additional Information

Salary Range: $65,000 - $79,000
