The Project Manager will report to the Sr. Project Manager to support REVOLT TV, and it’s Linear TV + Digital streaming programming, internal design systems, promotional marketing, Brand + Show campaigns, web, app, creative operations, video, animation, social media assets and more. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

A Project Manager with the experience to understand and assess marketing campaign needs, and efficiently deliver on time and within budget. This person will help lead multiple work streams and manage resources to fulfill deliverables for a wide range of projects related to our programming and brand initiatives. We’re seeking an agile problem solver who can adapt to project needs, communicate effectively both written and orally, work cross departmentally to ensure projects are delivered on time, and maintain a high attention to detail.

YOU WILL:

Support the creative process and delivery of assets from inception to launch; lead internal project kick-off meetings, brief team on scope, establish timelines and milestones for each campaign to ensure timely delivery of all assets

Maintain a high-level understanding of the company’s creative process, including creative process, timelines, best practices, effectiveness, and deliverable types.

Support the workflow and creation process of our day-to-day deliverables, including daily communication with internal team members to track the progress.

Ingest and help prioritize all incoming requests, acting as point person to external departments, managing timelines, schedules, communication and delivery.

Participate in weekly/daily meetings with your team to determine priorities, status updates and eliminate project “blockers” with collaborative solutions.

Develop effective plans and briefs; schedule meetings, internal check-ins, draft and post meeting notes, develop lists of action items, and communicate assignments, and deadlines to ensure the project is on target.

Maintain standards and best practices for various processes across internal and external departments, identify and suggest changes to workflows to improve efficiencies

Maintain and follow a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content, forecast and maintain project resource requirements (i.e. timelines and deliverables) for all team member assignments.

Own project management/workflow system updates and reporting within Monday.com

Facilitate project kickoffs, maintaining timelines, organizing calls, strategically thinking through assets, and managing the team members assigned to the project

Identify, communicate, and mitigate project and budget risks to leadership team and provide solutions

Always have contingency plans in place, be nimble, and adapt quickly.

WHAT YOU BRING:

At least 2 years of relevant experience project managing the creation, execution, and delivery of creative assets within a Creative Agency/Creative Studio environment.

Successful track record of managing multiple, consecutive projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong business operations understanding of how work moves end to end.

Proven knowledge of digital and/or publishing project management (e.g. digital and linear ad campaigns, branding, content development, organic and paid social media, OOH, experiential).

Exceptional time-management, organization, scheduling, and communication skills, including a high level of follow-up and follow-through with ability to juggle multiple workstreams and projects concurrently.

Technically savvy and inherently curious of the digital ecosystem and its technical audiences, as well as knowledge of TV, OOH, and experiential creative executions.

Basic understanding of design and editing across mediums and its best practices and timelines for completion.

Understanding of creative process, software, specs, asset types, and creative process.

High-level organization, with focus on assets and file management, folder structure, naming convention, and storage platforms like Dropbox, Iconik, and frame.io.

Ability to manage multiple moving parts at once, juggle multiple projects, while maintaining focus and attention to all details, big and small.

A team player who works collaboratively with all team members.

Demonstrated ability to decisively prioritize, diagnose, problem-solve, and make real-time decisions.

Strategic thinking and adaptability to anticipate potential blocks that could affect projects.

BA/BS degree in a related field.

Proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com, as well as industry standard software suites (Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Figma).
