Project Manager

Growing interiors, healthcare, and federal construction company based in Leesburg, VA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to direct and coordinate construction projects in and around the Washington D.C. DMV with a special emphasis on work in the Virginia suburbs. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple, simultaneous construction projects ranging in value from $500,000 up to $15 Million and should be well versed in all aspects of project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience.

5-10 years of commercial construction experience.

Preferred construction background managing federal, healthcare, interiors, office, or Tenant Improvement projects.

Experience working with third-party architects and engineers and relevant project stakeholders.

Strong project planning skills including schedule creation, developing and managing budgets, ordering materials, and utilizing technology tools to track project milestones.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a genuine desire to partner with clients and owners to build right the first time.

Knowledge of all preconstruction related activities such as bidding, estimating, buyout, and attending proposal meetings.

B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering or relevant degree from a 4-year accredited University.
