Seeking an experienced Sr. Capture Manager to support efforts in Maximus US Services business lines. This role will be vital in developing high-quality capture pursuit plans and proposals that are cost effective and tailored to each government client’s unique needs. Through these solutions, we help our government clients deliver essential services to their most vulnerable citizens. We need individuals who are enthusiastic leaders of diverse teams, who can roll-up their sleeves and jump in to work with Operations, IT, Pricing, and sales teams to develop winning solutions and proposals. These individuals must be curious, self-motivating, and passionate about leading teams to success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide planning and capture activities a minimum 18 months prior to RFP release.

- Support immediate procurement needs where opportunities align with the goals and objectives of the segment.

- Provide insights and data to business development for the purpose of shaping the bid to a competitive advantage.

- Utilize competitive analysis to influence requirements.

- Provide mentorship, management oversight, deliverables review, performance reviews and feedback to junior staff.

- Perform budget analysis.

- Understand segment pricing structure and alignment with State administration budgets.

- Design and deploy the win themes and mitigators which makes up the sales themes of the bid.

- Perform top down, bottom up and data driven price to win analysis.

- Determine the base operating costs to perform the scope of work.

- Differentiate PTC and CTO.

- Research through the FOIA process competitor strengths/weaknesses and know how they sell against us.

- Coordinate the different inputs/points of contact.

- Collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders and drive a compliant solution within the price to win.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree.

- Minimum of 3 years of management experience and 7 years of related experience required. MAXIMUS Introduction
