Position: Sr. Project Manager (Must Have Medical device/ FDA regulated experience)

Location : Andover, MA

Duration : 12+ Months contract

Total Hours/week: 40.00

1st Shift: Mon. - Fri. 8AM - 5PM

Client: Medical Device Company

Level Of Experience: Senior Level

Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)

Description:

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

· Collaborates with cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development.

· Medical device/ FDA regulated industry experience

· Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between program leadership, project team, and functional management.

· Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new products and processes.

· Reviews status of projects, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.

· Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

· Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, timeline, and business goals and objectives.

· Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with core team members, functional managers, and program leaders.

· Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the products are delivered on time and on budget

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree required

· Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

· Effective planning and organization skills including the proven ability to work against multiple objectives and on multiple programs simultaneously.

· Ability to balance team leadership responsibilities while still operating as an individual contributor at times.

· Strong interpersonal, relationship and team building skills.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to tailor communication for different audiences.

· Ability to establish and maintain a trusted role with the various stakeholders in coordinating multiple functions across the organization.
