Demand Planning Manager

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the company demand forecast process to drive collaboration and alignment with Sales and Business Groups on revenue projections

Develop tools, processes, communication channels to manage forecast efficiently, and drive more effective forecast consensus

Drive improvement in demand management areas such as product segmentation, inventory strategy, channel management, and operation plan reconciliation

Direct organizational data analysis, strategy implementations, demand validations, and strategic revenue activities

Work well with all levels of the company across the regions; this role is a key member of the WW planning team with frequent interactions with senior management members Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

BS and approximately 10 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry is required; graduate level degree preferred

Must have experience with senior level interaction with internal manufacturing sites, external manufacturing, and suppliers

Experience working in an international environment

Highly driven with strong communication skills

Ability to think analytically, problem solver and process oriented

High level of motivation and ability to operate independently

International travel required

Mandarin Chinese speaking a plus but not required
