Social Media Lead Account Manager

This position will be managing personal accounts for pastor's here at Gateway Church. That includes strategy, scheduling, engaging, content creation, and collaboration with internal ministries and campuses.

Social Media is about marketing, but Social Ministry is about discipleship. These platforms should keep the pastors pastoral while humanizing them as individuals.

This job requires a high level of responsibility and organization.

Develop a strategic content plan for pastor's personal social media accounts.

Develop, film, and edit short form video concepts for their digital platforms.

Support in creating content for Gatewaypeople social media channels (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube) as a secondary function.

Capture photography of events, conferences, and featured stories.

Brainstorm and collaborate with internal creative teams to turn rough ideas into actionable and thoughtful plans that are implemented on digital platforms

Help steward the "voice" of Gateway pastors.

Track platform metrics and user engagement to refine content.

Stay up to date with new digital technologies and digital advertising trends.

Create assets for church wide campaigns for campus and ministry social accounts.

Communicate plans and strategy on a regular bases.

Work well with many teams and individuals to produce social content and collaborations.
