Volt is immediately hiring for Sales Coordinator in Franklin, MA

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be:

Coordinates appliance phone support for inquiries from sales.

Received Incoming and outgoing calls to customers to schedule their appliance delivery/install.

Prepares timely and accurate information for incoming requests and status inquiries.

Attention to detail when scheduling and coordinating delivery.

Maintain accurate calendars and systems software data

Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service

Help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders

Collaborates with other departments and locations to ensure timely shipment of orders.

This is a Full-time Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Prior customer service experience and pleasant phone etiquette

Knowledge of computer software and Microsoft Outlook.

Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
