Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a HRIS Manager in the Human Resources Department, open to various office locations. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. Position Summary:

The HRIS Manager oversees all Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and serves as a technical point-of-contact and support for HR function, liaising with Technology. Continually monitors both functional and business HR technology needs, designs or modifies reports, and analyzes information to meet changing business requirements. Duties & Responsibilities:

Utilizes Workday to run queries and format reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis, required government reports, etc.)

Ensures accuracy of data through routine data audits and validation to identify discrepancies and missing data

Supports the development of the HR Workday Systems strategy and roadmaps

Maintains and updates user roles and access to HRIS systems

Provides end user training and develops and maintains end user training materials

Provides user support and troubleshooting as needed

Liaises with HRIS vendors as needed

Generates ad hoc reports for internal and external customers as needed

Assists in overseeing all Workday modules including Security, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Prism, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Learning, Time & Absence and Advance Compensation

Supervises the HRIS team and recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department

Reviews and audits data entry transactions for quality control purposes

Maintains the confidentiality and security of data accessed during the course of daily activities

Maintains documentation for all HR systems

Provides high level of analytical support on ad hoc projects or requests

Partners with other team members to review training and change management needs with all projects

Coordinates, maintains, and enhances HRIS systems

Establishes procedures on various HRIS data/system processes

Analyzes issues, determine root causes, and problem solve in a collaborative team environment

Performs other related duties and helps with special projects as required Skills & Competencies:

Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to a fast-paced environment Qualifications & Prior Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience

Seven to ten years of hands-on HRIS and compensation/payroll

Five to ten years of experience in HRIS with at least one year in a supervisory position

Five years of Workday HCM administration experience with additional experience preferred in modules such as Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Prism, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Learning, Time & Absence and Advance Compensation

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification preferred but not required

Strong analytical skills; able to compile and analyze data

Demonstrated ability to provide effective user support and end user training

Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
