The security team is missioned to run and operate security infrastructures, platforms and technologies, as well as to support cross-functional teams to protect our users, products and infrastructures.

In this team you'll have a unique opportunity to have first-hand exposure to the strategy of the company in key security initiatives, especially in deploying and maintaining scalable and secure-by-design systems and solutions.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department.

We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with the Finance Team to meticulously oversee and optimize Technology and Services Procurement, leveraging detailed analysis of RFPs, POs, and invoices while maintaining a keen awareness of budgetary constraints and opportunities for cost optimization.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive process framework for the efficient intake and management of all budget items, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives.

-Partner with HR to strategize and execute on HC fulfillment, including comprehensive assessment of hiring needs, formulation of interview schedules, and support TA on the refinement of recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the Security & Privacy organization.

- Drive the establishment and refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) frameworks, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement throughout the organization.

- Spearhead the development and implementation of a robust Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) onboarding and offboarding process, optimizing efficiency and ensuring seamless transitions for both internal and external stakeholders working in partnership with HR Operations and business leaders.

- Craft and implement streamlined processes that not only meet but exceed business objectives, while remaining vigilant in ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance standards and industry best practices.

Support preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and data gathering, alignment with key stakeholders.

- Utilize advanced financial analytics to proactively monitor financial data, identify trends, and recommend strategic solutions to enhance profitability and drive sustainable growth, working closely with the Finance Department.

- Collaborate closely with HR to align hiring plans with broader business strategies, ensuring that talent acquisition efforts are strategically aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Ensure hiring is aligned with WFP (Workforce Planning) for the year and raise priorities and reprioritization efforts to HRBPs accordingly.

- Proactively solicit and integrate feedback from both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging insights from Employee Engagement Survey and other sources to inform the development and execution of innovative strategic plans that drive tangible business outcomes.
