Qualifications

Research and composition experience preferred but not mandatory for social media content development

Some media production, film production, post production preferred but not mandatory

Previous lead management experience preferred (automotive, retail, or most sales)

Available to work weekends

Ability to bring enthusiasm to the job with every interaction

Willing to learn and execute immediately

Unrivalled communication skills

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Qualifications:

An ideal candidate will have two or more years of proven success in CRM software utilization, lead management, lead referring, customer experience, experience in media, film content development, story development

*Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities:

Research and develop content for social media

Develop story based content, shoot short film media productions for social content

Creative, flexible and improvisational social content production work

Communicate with incoming leads and service requests

Properly assess the needs of customer interactions and refer customers to proper channels

Work closely with sales department and service department providing a recommendable experience

Work with CRM software, office products with ease

Understand the importance of discussing customer needs, buying language

Build relationships with a focus on referral and repeat business opportunities

Assist customers with discovery questions and active, strong listening skills

Be the vehicle expert

Know the ins-and-outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology

Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting new opportunities.

Converts customers into buyers with strong communication and discovery abilities

Demonstrates automobiles by explaining functionality, accessories, warranties, and services.

Improves job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and following the market.

Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership and accomplishing tasks, accommodating individual goals and requirements.
