ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Housing Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team. As a Housing Coordinator, you will be responsible for locating and negotiating housing for our sales teams across multiple locations. This role involves working closely with housing properties and ensuring accurate data tracking for items such as: stay durations, rooming lists, and all costs associated with housing. The position requires flexibility to work weekends and late nights when necessary.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing and negotiating suitable housing options for sales teams
Tracking and management of rooming lists, stay durations, and housing costs
Ensure smooth move-in and move-out process for sales reps and managers
Meticulous record keeping and auditing of bills/folios to ensure accuracy
Report on housing statuses, expenses, and other data to sales leadership
This position reports to the Director of Sales Operations QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in hospitality management, business administration, or related fields
Proven experience in housing coordination, travel management, or a similar role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
