Temporary Case Manager SAS-RR

Case Manager Pay Rate: $21/hr.

Location: Houston, TX 77006 Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am -5:00pm A non-profit organization is seeking a Case Manager to join their team.

With your strong organization and communication skills, you will profoundly impact the organization by recruiting eligible refugee clients to enroll.

Responsibilities: Assess client eligibility for services, complete intakes, and create individualized service plans.

Provide services identified on service plan in accordance with policies and in a timely manner.

Make necessary referrals within the agency and outside of the agency, as needed.

Maintain client files and confidentiality.

Update case notes and calendar.

Provide group and individual orientations for clients.

List Qualification or Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.

Bilingual in English and an Arabic language or Creole or Swahili/Kinyarwanda or Spanish.

One (1) year experience in an administrative setting or within refugee populations.

Valid Texas driver’s license.

Strong organization, communication, and planning skills.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
