We are looking for someone that is willing to travel and work in different locations. This schedule will vary due to branch needs. This position covers branch staffing needs of our Aurora, Schaumburg, Plainfield Caton, and Plainfield North Branches.

Wage Range $18.70 - $26.07

Responsibilities:

Facilitate an excellent customer experience, engaging customers by name, in a friendly professional manner.

Build and foster customer relationships by proactively identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions to grow and retain customer relationships.

Demonstrate basic knowledge of deposit products and services.

Perform daily relationship banking tasks, including but not limited to opening accounts and teller transactions based on customer traffic.

Encourage customer use of digital banking services.

Perform essential activities to meet established goals.

Follow policies and procedures to minimize the risk of fraud.
