Tech Support Specialist

Cardinal Staffing is looking for a qualified, professional individual for a Technical Support Specialist role in Tallahassee, FL. $20.00/hr 8 hour shift Monday through Friday

Requirements:

Understands Windows 10 and/or 11 imaging

Some Audio/Video experience is a plus

Great understanding of Adobe & Microsoft O365 suites

Great customer service skills

Experience with: Windows, conferencing, imaging, audio/visual, O365 applications,

Ability to work after hours and/or weekends, if needed, for on-call rotation, system upgrades/replacements, storm tech support, etc.

Great work ethic
