A well-established local concrete construction company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Project Manager to join their team. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of flatwork projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Estimating and preconstruction responsibilities

Skillset Requirements:

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing concrete flatwork & structural projects in the construction industry.

Proficiency in construction management software and tools

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Possess strong estimating skills and the ability to develop accurate project budgets.
