Job Summary Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Builds and manages project teams ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work in hybrid environment, on-site and in-office 4 days per week, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

PMP certification is preferred or ability to obtain certification within 3 months of hire date.

Works with various managers and leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines and plan for manpower and/or other resource requirements.

Manages projects of major importance to overall business operations by reporting status, tracking delays and making required adjustments.

Conducts project discovery interviews and manages stakeholders effectively.

Directs project teams in the development and implementation of roadmaps, detailed project plans and work break-down structures.

Develops project artifacts with proficiency and manages updates to documentations as required.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment, works well with ambiguity and uses discretion in matters of significance.

Applies project management methodologies to the deliver and execute projects successfully.

Other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
