Our Operations department at our R&D/Production site in San Francisco Bay Area â Concord, California, is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and experienced Lean Transformation Manager. Building on your extensive knowledge in electronics manufacturing your main responsibility will be to maximize procurement by selecting best in class suppliers and partners to build a cost efficient, resilient supply chain and optimizing TCO.

As the Lean Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvement initiatives, training and development, and performance management. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the organization

Other tasks â but not limited to, are:

Lead and drive the implementation of Lean principles throughout the organization.

Develop and execute Lean strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and workflows

Design and deliver training programs on Lean methodologies.

Provide guidance and mentorship to teams to ensure successful Lean adoption.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Lean success.

Monitor and assess the performance of Lean initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Facilitate regular review sessions to identify areas for enhancement.

Lead problem-solving initiatives, applying Lean tools and methodologies.

Collaborate with teams to address challenges and implement sustainable solutions.

As our Lean Transformation Manager, your qualifications should ideally be:

A bachelorâ s or masterâ s degree within supply chain, engineering, or quantitative discipline combined with relevant lean experience.

+7 years of hands-on experience in Lean Management, including Process Improvement, and organizational transformation, preferably in an environment with both manufactured and sourced finished goods.

Demonstrated success in leading Lean initiatives with measurable positive impacts.

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus

Experience of working in an international, multi-cultural environment

In-depth understanding of modern manufacturing, material flow, and improvement strategies.

Solid grasp of financial systems and key drivers within a manufacturing environment.
