Description:

Requirements:

· BS in Computer Science (preference given to well-known CS school see below)

· Work onsite in downtown San Francisco, may be able to transition to hybrid to be worked out with the manager.

· Front End development expertise with the following UI skills:

. JavaScript

. Typescript (ideally independent of Angular or other frameworks)

. Working with HTML DOM, browser (DOM) event handling, drag-and-drop, and CSS

Very nice to have:

· Developers that have worked on Platforms / Tools before (ex: Form builders, work flow development tools)

· Track record of holding a steady job (no resumes of candidates jumping from place to place every year or two)

· US citizen (due to US government contracts)

The challenge:

We want engineers with commercial, front end UI development experience building rich web apps. (example: Workday, SAP, Oracle…) They should have experience working for software companies, not developing websites or internal facing apps. A Front-end engineer working on a bank or healthcare company website with React.js will not be a good fit. The candidate should spend most of the day coding as an individual contributor, not managing.

Description of our tech stack:

Our Dynamic Work Execution Platform software is an HTML5/CSS3 application developed in Typescript and transpiled down to ES6. It is an XML metadata-driven framework built entirely in-house. In addition to the core framework, plugins are utilized to extend functionality for support of content editing/formatting: such as TinyMCE for content editing, PDF.js for document annotations and Video.js for video/image capture and recording; to name a few. The application is highly interactive and requires knowledge of object-oriented programming that includes promises, events, dom manipulation, local-storage/indexdb, and micro-service request/response handling.

Preference given to these CS schools:
