Overview:

The Business Development role at 29900 is a key position responsible for driving the growth of the organization through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities

Develop and implement growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Conduct market research to identify new market trends and opportunities

Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads

Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustainable growth

Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials

Assist in the development of marketing and sales materials

Provide regular reports on business development progress and pipeline

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
