Plant & Loom Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, support, and

direction.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective

communication.

Production Oversight:

Monitor and manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations of woven PP products.

Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and

efficiency.

Implement and optimize production processes to enhance overall productivity.

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality

woven PP products.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues

promptly.

Resource Management:

Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet

production goals.

Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Problem Solving:

Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise during the manufacturing

process.

Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Education/Experience

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a woven PP manufacturing environment.

In-depth knowledge of woven PP production processes, machinery, and quality control

measures.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.

Effective communication and team-building skills.

Salary – UPTO - 25k

Minimum Experience - 7 Year
