Mine Manager

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership to meet short-, medium-, and long-term goals of the stone mining project.

Establish and manage the stone mining project, specifically focusing on marble and granite.

Identify suitable locations for stone mining operations and oversee exploration activities.

Direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to mining standards and regulations.

Utilize knowledge of mining and mine planning software for effective project execution.

Oversee daily business operations in line with company policies and practices.

Maintain cost awareness across operations and implement mitigation strategies where necessary.

Seek and assess growth opportunities to ensure long-term sustainability and profitability.

Understand market dynamics and leverage company assets to maximize ROI.

Ensure compliance with operational mining regulations on a regular basis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mining or a related field from a reputable institution.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in the mining sector, with a focus on stone mining of marble and granite.

Proficiency in mining laws, plant setup, mine planning and analysis, financial management, and mining operations.

Willingness to travel as required for project management and exploration activities.
