We are currently seeking a diligent and results-driven Loan Recovery Specialist to join our team at SRS Advisory Pvt Ltd. The Loan Recovery Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts, negotiating repayment arrangements, and implementing effective strategies to recover outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and initiate contact with borrowers to facilitate repayment of outstanding debts.

Conduct thorough investigations to assess borrowers' financial situations and determine appropriate repayment solutions.

Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and other arrangements with borrowers to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.

Utilize skip tracing techniques and tools to locate and contact delinquent borrowers.

Document all communication and correspondence with borrowers in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams, legal counsel, and external partners to resolve complex cases and escalate issues as needed.

Provide regular updates and reports on the status of delinquent accounts to management and stakeholders.

Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in loan recovery and collections.
