As the connector between the franchise owner, franchise staff, and clients, you're the leader of the mission, bringing everyone together to work cohesively toward that goal. Daily work in this role includes:

Provide patients with consultations regarding appropriate skincare treatments.

Perform requested services based upon treatments currently provided at the clinic.

Perform consecutive skin care services throughout your workday.

Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials/skincare while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency.

Determine patient skin care goals and objectives and recommend products and services that can reasonably facilitate attainment of those goals.

Provide recommendations, instructions, and educational materials on skincare appropriate for each skin type.

Ensure accurate and updated documentation is kept after each visit with every client.

Responsible for the coordination of any correspondence to patients regarding their skin care treatment plan, product usage, or home care instructions.

Maintain patient medical records in electronic format detailing all treatment procedures, elective products, medication history, and educational materials received.

Maintain treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with MN BCE and OSHA standards.

Leads by demonstrating the very best example when completing side work, cleaning up their room after their shift, & maintaining State Board & organizational cleanliness requirements. The Esthetician also will regularly monitor other skin care rooms / estheticians to ensure compliance.

Adhere to all sanitation and licensing guidelines and be an active member of the team in insuring a clean and professional appearance of work area and salon.

Contributes to self-marketing strategies. Actively demonstrates ability and desire to establish & increase a book of business

Assist with other treatments as needed.

Other duties and projects as assigned.

As the Salon License holder for the location, you will also be responsible for:

Overseeing the licensing requirements for our Salon license; maintain compliance to ensure we are meeting Minnesota state esthetic requirements.

This entails:

Having 3+ years of experience working as an Esthetician.

Completion of the MN minimum required training hours for the AP Esthetic License and Salon Manager License as well as future hours needed to maintain MN credentials.

Valid Minnesota state Advanced Practice Esthetician license in active status.

Continuing education courses to meet the clinic needs of performing current and future offered services.

Ensuring other Estheticians are license compliant and have obtained correct certifications to perform skincare services.

Handles Esthetic ordering responsibilities for the location, alongside the Clinic Manager.

Meet with the locations' Clinic Manager & as needed to address any departmental issues & maintains an open & professional relationship with the Clinic Manager.
