CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Duties & Responsibilities:

These duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Computer and graphic design activities performed to produce learning assets and other supporting materials.

Involvement in all aspects of graphics/illustration projects, from conceptualization and development to final presentation.

Act as a technical consultant, expertise offered on matters of design, composition, and methods of presenting technical data.

Knowledge of a broad range of graphic production software and equipment.

Creative judgment and originality to translate needs into graphic capabilities.

Participation in design studies may occur.

Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.

Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has expert technical knowledge.

Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.

Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.

Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.

May supervise others.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Must have working knowledge of various computer and graphic design software

Minimum/General Experience:

8 years of experience

Minimum Education:

Master's Degree in a relevant field
