If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential, we want to hear from you! EyeCare Partners (ECP) is looking for a Manager, System Implementation to coordinate the practice management and EHR technology implementations that will transform our business.

The System Implementation team supports ECP's vision to be at the leading edge of healthcare technology in the Optometry and Ophthalmology space. EyeCare Partners has demonstrated a commitment to innovation through the development of a proprietary health records and practice management system, and by implementing best-in-class platforms across the organization. We on the System Implementation team drive the transition to these solutions, partnering with all aspects of the business to identify the right tools and effect change. The ideal candidate must be driven, have high energy and be able to connect and communicate well with many different personality types. They will need an extensive knowledge of health record technologies and it will help to have prior experience with Optometry and/or Ophthalmology clinic policies and procedures. This position does require the candidate possess willingness and flexibility for occasional travel, including team meetings at our corporate headquarters in St. Louis or other office locations, or travel to support a technology rollout.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage a team of System Implementation Specialists who execute the tasks required to implement new technologies, including project management, training, instructional design, and change management.

· Leverage prior experience and industry insight to refine our approach to system implementation.

· Partner with other leaders in the organization to plan implementation of new healthcare technologies, including EyeCare360+, NextGen, Phreesia, and others.

· Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in defining, developing, and testing new systems and functionality.

· Create, revise, and refine training tools and methods.

· Work with multiple stakeholders throughout ECP to establish business processes around new technology.

· Embrace flexibility in supporting organization-wide initiatives when called upon.

· Advocate for all ECP support services throughout the transition (Lab, Patient Engagement Center, Central Billing Office, etc.).

· Manage travel arrangements, flights, rental cars and hotel rooms within budget guidelines for individual travel.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Teamwork, flexibility, reliability, and mentoring skills required.

· Seasoned people-leader with the ability to manage remote teams with varied skillsets and job duties.

· Attention to detail and excellent follow up skills.

· Pleasant, friendly, professional manner, customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.

· Proven ability to take initiative with little direction from Supervisor.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree (preferred) or commensurate experience in healthcare, IT, or related fields.

· Minimum Required: 3 years' experience in Ophthalmology, Optometry, or similar healthcare fields. Experience in information technology, revenue cycle management, or other operational support services preferred.

SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY

· Expertise with practice management, EMR, or revenue cycle systems required. Experience with NextGen and/or Eyecare360 preferred. Proficiency with other healthcare technologies is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
