We're seeking to train a uniquely skilled Booking and Sales Producer who excels in identifying and booking premier guests for our growing national TV series, Health Uncensored! with Dr. Drew, and possesses the persuasive communication skills necessary to secure guests.

- Newly appointed producers will benefit from custom, state-of-the-art training designed to fast-track your success in this role.

- Ongoing daily support from a designated direct report will ensure you have the guidance and resources needed to excel, facilitating a seamless integration into our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and book guests for our national television series, focusing on compelling stories and prominent individuals.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to encourage guest participation through financial commitment, highlighting our platform's value and exposure.

- Conduct thorough research to discover innovative story ideas and potential guests through various media outlets and direct outreach, securing a minimum of two featured guests per month.

- Generate a pipeline of 50-100 new story ideas and potential guests per week, ensuring a constant flow of engaging content for our audience.

- Contact and qualify guests through a company approval person via conference call or Microsoft Teams

- Professionally represent Star Entertainment in all interactions, showcasing our programs and services to guests, management, and external partners in the best light.

- Maintain a proactive, "can-do" attitude, achieving targeted goals through excellent communication skills.Educational and Training Requirements:

- Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Content Creation, Production, Business, or a related field.

- Plus: Prior experience in business-to-business marketing or sales.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for persuasive sales and marketing conversations.

- Highly organized, with superior time management skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment independently.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with a quick aptitude for learning new systems.Compensation:

Salary-based full-time position plus a lucrative commission model designed to incentivize outstanding results, with our minimum booking requirement of two guests per month, structured to yield a payout of $10,000 per month.
