CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Duties & Responsibilities:

These duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Collaborate with faculty and SMEs to design, develop, and implement learning experiences that help learners achieve instructional goals through active engagement and reflection.

Integrate experiential learning methods and activities into courses or standalone learning experiences.

Facilitate learning sessions, provide technical assistance, and stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in experiential learning.

The developer's expertise in instructional design, multimedia tools, and adult learning theories ensures the effective delivery of experiential learning opportunities for DAU's students and faculty.

Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.

Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.

Has expert technical knowledge.

Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.

Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.

Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.

May supervise others.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Minimum/General Experience:

10 years of experience

Minimum Education:

Master's Degree in a relevant field
