Currently, we are seeking an Of Counsel Attorney with 10+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a preference for those with expertise in personal injury defense or plaintiff, or oil and gas.

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload in civil litigation

Provide legal counsel and representation in personal injury defense cases or oil and gas matters

Attend court hearings

Prepare legal documents

Qualifications:

Admission to the state bar in Texas

10+ years of experience in civil litigation

Preferred experience in personal injury defense or plaintiff, or oil and gas
